Whether you are a beginner, an experienced singer, or preparing for an audition or performance, this lesson will be designed around your voice, musical interests, abilities, and goals. Students may explore classical singing, pop, jazz, musical theatre, or another style they enjoy. We will begin with a friendly conversation about your musical background and goals. I will then guide you through healthy, vocal exercises to explore breathing, posture, pitch, range, resonance, and vocal freedom. We will apply these skills to a song chosen especially for you. Singing is a process that requires patience and consistent practice. Every voice develops at its own pace, so this experience focuses on encouraging progress—not perfection. Students will have a safe and supportive space to experiment, ask questions, build confidence, and express themselves through music. As a professional mezzo-soprano and voice teacher, I hold a Doctor of Musical Arts in Vocal Performance with a minor in Voice Pedagogy. I have taught children, teenagers, adults, and university students in the United States and Ecuador. My performance experience includes opera, musical theatre, recitals, symphonic concerts, jazz, Latin American music, and contemporary repertoire.
