Calm Kids Club: Relaxation, Mindfulness & Energy Awareness

Children will learn simple breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, visualization, gratitude practices, and gentle energy awareness activities that help them feel calm, confident, and connected.

Experience subject

In this interactive class, children will learn simple mindfulness and relaxation techniques designed to help them feel calm, confident, and connected. Through guided breathing exercises, visualizations, gratitude practices, creative activities, and gentle self-care techniques inspired by Reiki, students will develop skills they can use in everyday life. This class encourages emotional awareness, self-confidence, creativity, kindness, and self-regulation in a supportive and engaging environment. No prior experience is necessary. Students will leave each session with practical tools they can use at home, school, and in their daily routines.
