Hi, I’m Corinne! I am an Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, wellness educator, and graduate student in Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about helping children and families develop skills for relaxation, mindfulness, emotional wellness, and self-confidence. My classes combine guided relaxation, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, creative activities, and gentle Reiki-inspired self-care tools in a supportive and encouraging environment. My goal is to help children feel calm, empowered, and connected while having fun and exploring their creativity. I look forward to meeting your child and supporting their wellness journey.
