Hello, I'm Gabe Toth.

musician, creative mentor, and educator with more than 30 years of teaching experience and nearly 40 years of performing experience. Music has been at the center of my life since childhood. As a featured boy soprano with the elite Singing Boys of Pennsylvania, I performed approximately 50 to 60 concerts each year while touring Japan and 33 states. At 11 years old, I performed Mozart’s “Exsultate, Jubilate” with the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra. I later performed Howard Blake’s “The Snowman” with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. After studying at Berklee College of Music, I built a diverse professional career as a pianist, vocalist, music director, bandleader, arranger, orchestrator, and educator. I toured the United States and Canada as Second Pianist for an international production of “Gigi,” worked aboard Holland America Line and Princess Cruises, and served for approximately two years as music director for actor and entertainer Adrian Zmed. I also worked with Matt Davenport Productions of Nashville as a music director, bandleader, pianist, vocalist, and onstage performer. In 2009, I orchestrated Michael Blevins’ original musical “Count to Ten” for the New York Musical Theatre Festival. My coaching experience includes working with Broadway singers, cruise-ship vocalists, theatrical performers, developing artists, and students throughout the world. Through Wimzee, I mentor young artists in singing, piano, guitar, drums, bass, ukulele, songwriting, ear training, music theory, performance, and music production. Whether a student wants to learn an instrument, strengthen their voice, write an original song, prepare for a performance, or explore their creativity, I meet them at their current level and create a personalized path forward. I am also the creator of the Toth Method, an ear-first approach that helps students understand music from the inside out. My teaching combines professional knowledge with patience, structure, encouragement, imagination, and humor. Most importantly, I want every young person I mentor to feel heard, supported, capable, and proud of what they create. My goal is not simply to teach music—it is to help each student discover a creative voice that belongs entirely to them.
