Hello, I'm Ms. Cedar.

I love creating art of all kinds and I love reading books. I also enjoy sharing my experiences of creating art with others. I will be a licensed K-12 art teacher December 2026, and I look forward to working with everyone before, during, and after my teaching residency. I am excited to work with everyone on this platform and grow as artists together. I have created art for 20 years, worked in libraries for the last 15 years and have begun teaching art in the past 5 years. I enjoy working with my students on creating something unique to them and learning about the medium we are using. I have a library science degree from Florida State University and 2 Fine Arts degrees, one from University of Tulsa and the other from University of Arkansas, where I am currently enrolled to become a licensed art teacher.
