Hello, I'm Graham S.
Hello! I am a professional actor, writer, director, and producer with 20 years experience in professional theatre, film, television, and improv & sketch comedy. I have over 50 IMDb credits, primarily in the horror genre, and have written & directed 4 feature films. I'm a published author, both of fiction and non-fiction, most known for my work with Toho Studios on writing the first officially licensed guide to the Godzilla franchise! I love sharing by knowledge with people of all ages, but especially love seeing kids blossom into thoughtful, multifaceted, talented young adults through art. Pursuing and honing one's artistic passions is not only necessary for those wanting to have a life in the professional arts, but it's an invaluable tool in developing a greater sense of empathy for others, teamwork, appreciation for the importance of practicing one's skills, and communication. The arts inherently encourage reading and critically consuming works by important thinkers throughout history, so its benefits extend far beyond the high school musical. Lastly, in all of my work with kids, I encourage BEING WEIRD! Being weird is good! Being different is good! It's not just okay to have fun, it's NECESSARY! As one of my mentors once told me, "There's a reason when we act in something we call it a play. Because you're supposed to play. You're supposed to have fun." I believe that with every fiber of my being. So, in my classes and training sessions, kids will always be encouraged to be their own unique selves, learn to be fearless in their expression, and find the joy in everything they do.
