In this private 1:1 experience, I help young creators learn the real creative process behind making great YouTube videos from coming up with an idea and telling a story to filming, editing, titles, thumbnails and publishing. I’ve spent years creating online and building my own YouTube channel to millions of views. I’ll meet each student at their current skill level and help them actually MAKE something rather than just listen to a lesson. Depending on their goals, we can work on: • Finding great video ideas • Creating a hook and simple story • Filming with a phone or camera • Editing videos • YouTube titles and thumbnails • Shorts vs. longer videos • Reviewing a video they’ve already made • Building confidence on camera • Developing their own creative style No expensive equipment or prior experience is needed. A phone, tablet or computer is enough to get started. For younger students, the focus is on creativity, storytelling and video production with parent involvement rather than independently managing a YouTube account.
