You will need a MacBook Pro, Mac, Mac Mini, iPad or iPhone with GarageBand installed. I will teach you the basics on how to compose various music genres using GarageBand or Logic Pro. We’ll create a song together using premade loops and vocal samples. Once we are done creating a song, I’ll show you what distributor to sign up with so you can get your music on all music streaming services such as Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more. Once you’ve uploaded a song, I’ll show you how to set up and claim your artist profile on music streaming services so you can customize your artist pages. I’ll also show you how to link your music to your TikTok profile so others will know that you are an official music artist. Using a website to sample 8 second clips, I’ll show you how to upload them to your songs on your Spotify for Artists profile, so your viewers will be entertained with a royalty free video clip when they view​/​listen to your music. I’ll also show you how to market your music on social media platforms so you can get your friends, family and the world to listen to your music. The more songs you create that people enjoy listening to, the higher your bank amount will be on the distributor website. It takes about 2-3 months for your music views to be calculated and deposited into your bank. So be patient and keep creating. As long as you continue to enjoy creating songs and the adrenaline rush of having a successful hit, you can truly make a career out of producing music. AI may be able to create songs but myself and many others truly value human created art and expression.
