Project You: A Guided Life Path Exploration Experience

A live 60 minute creative session where children explore what they dream of becoming, create an original piece inspired by that dream, and leave with something they can keep. ___________________________________________________________________________ "What do you want to be when you grow up?" This universal childhood question has been passed on for generations to inspire young minds as they grow into those who will actively create the future of our world. Instead of forcing a single career answer, Project You allows children to explore and design their own answers creatively, emotionally, visually, socially, and imaginatively. Project You is a guided creative exploration experience where kids imagine, design, and express the kinds of lives, spaces, futures, and communities they want to grow into through art-making, storytelling, and reflective prompts. Each session invites participants to create freely around themes such as dream homes, future inventions, ideal communities, meaningful careers, imaginative worlds, and the kinds of lives they would love to build and experience. Children are guided through a calm, immersive creative session designed to encourage curiosity, creative confidence, emotional expression, and expansive thinking. Participants may use any creative medium they enjoy, including drawing, painting, collage, digital art, writing, sculpture, mixed media, or storytelling. The experience includes: * guided creative prompts * focused creation sessions * short reset breaks * optional reflection and sharing * a supportive small-group environment Sessions are designed to help children strengthen imagination, self-expression, creative problem-solving, and confidence in their own ideas while creating work that feels meaningful and personal to them.

This experience supports children in exploring their interests, strengths, values, and emerging sense of direction through guided creative expression. Children create original work that helps them identify what they enjoy doing, how they want to contribute to others, and what kinds of activities, roles, and environments feel meaningful to them as they grow. Themes include: - interests and personal strengths - future activities and “what I want to spend my time doing” - early career exploration through imagination and making - ways of contributing to others and community - inventions, ideas, and problem-solving - home, environment, and daily life preferences - storytelling through lived experience and aspiration - identity-building through choices and creative expression - collaborative exploration of ideas and possibilities The experience combines visual art, storytelling, guided prompts, and reflection within a structured creative environment designed to help children begin forming a clear, supported sense of direction for their developing life path.
