Poetry: Free Form or Rhyming
Poetry is a great way to express emotions and regulate, and it’s a great way to start writing without long paragraphs or stories. I teach free form and also rhyming. Free form is writing without any constraints or rules. Rhyming is also an important skillset to build creativity.
