This class invites participants ages 10 and up to explore how opposites connect, complement, and transform. Through engaging activities, we’ll discover how things like light and dark or calm and energy depend on each other—and how one can shift or flip into the other. It’s a creative, thought provoking experience designed to spark curiosity and help you see balance in a whole new way.
