Navigating ADHD as a Creative

Time Blind AND Talented - Rebuild Your Creative Workflow! Standard time-management advice doesn't always work for creative brains with ADHD. Planners, rigid schedules, and "just prioritize your tasks" don't work when your brain doesn't track time like a clock. Forcing yourself into neurotypical boxes usually only leads to deep burnout, frustration, and creative paralysis. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. This live workshop is a zero-judgment zone where we throw out traditional rules to help you discover what actually works for your unique brain. Navigating ADHD is a life-long practice of trial, error, and self-compassion—but building a sustainable, fulfilling creative life is absolutely possible! Led by a certified educator and creative director, you’ll learn how to stop managing your time and start managing your energy on your own terms.

Experience subject

This subject bridges the gap between professional creative practice and neurodivergent self-management. Instead of teaching technical art skills, this topic focuses on the internal psychology and daily workflows of the artist. It explores how executive dysfunction, time blindness, and dopamine-seeking behaviors directly impact a creator's ability to maintain a healthy work/life balance, offering sustainable, non-neurotypical strategies to help artists thrive over the long haul.
