Embodying Moral Values

Practice Self-Awareness: the aim is to reflect on your motives and align them with your deeper intentions, signifying your highest values. Engage in Mindfulness: meditate and conscious presence with your highest values. Surround Yourself with Inspiration: with your highest values at heart, consider the environments that reflect your highest values and how you may create space for your values to flourish. Act in Alignment: consider actions you already take in your daily life, and where you sense your actions align with your values or otherwise consider new actions that may be rooted in your values. Reflect: forming a practice for journaling, prayer, or quiet contemplation helps maintain awareness of your values.

Experience subject

Moral values represent the intrinsic virtue within your sensitivity; ignoring moral values is in relation to the betrayal wound. Realizing your own moral values can allow you to accept moments of self-betrayal. This realization and acceptance reinforce values and develop a sense of morality, to then act upon moral values.
