Learn to See Like a Photographer

This class helps young creators understand the why behind photography—not just how to take pictures. Instead of focusing on technical camera settings, students will learn how to see: how to notice light, recognize meaningful moments, and create photos that tell a story. Each session is interactive and hands-on. Students won’t just listen—they’ll actively create through simple guided challenges in their own environment. Whether using a phone or camera, the focus is on creativity, not complexity. Sessions may include a mix of: Real-time demonstrations (sometimes from the field) Reviewing and discussing real photographs Short creative challenges for students to try on their own Live feedback and guidance The goal is to help students build confidence, develop their creative eye, and begin to understand what makes a photograph unique and meaningful.
