Hello Friend, I have been an elementary teacher for several years, and have a passion for supporting young people develop essential skills that will be used for a lifetime! I have worked in a variety of school settings and have assisted learners with specialized needs. In each experience and environment, learning was about the child's needs- directly. As an administrative assistant, I miss having the opportunity to work 1:1 with students, and want to continue doing so in my spare time. If your child is preparing for an upcoming unit of study, subject that they may be struggling with or disinterested in, or if you would like help with understanding the curriculum and standards being used by your school​/​teachers, I am here to help. With a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, I have delved into the nitty-gritty of curriculum design and understand the scope, sequence, and pertinent steps taken to reach content understanding.
