My goal in teaching is to teach students how to assess their own abilities, grow rapidly through intentional practice and good habits, and to develop as an artist in a personalized manner. Lesson topics can span from developing technique on the drums to learning how to improvise and developing a compositional approach. I teach students of all levels including students beginning to learn the drums, students with a bit of a grasp on music, and more advanced students who might already be semi-fluent in playing music.
