Part of the From Idea to Art Workshop Series, this workshop invites young artists to turn their imagination into something entirely their own. In this session, we’ll create an original character using simple shapes, drawing, and storytelling. We’ll start by exploring who your character is, including their personality, style, and unique traits. Then, we’ll bring them to life step by step through sketching, details, and color. Along the way, you’ll learn how to translate your ideas into visuals in a way that feels expressive, approachable, and fun. By the end, you’ll have a fully realized character and a story to go with it.
