What if you could create an entire world from your imagination? In this hands-on creative experience, young artists become designers, builders, and storytellers as they create their own miniature world from the ground up. Your world could be an underwater kingdom, outer-space adventure, magical forest, futuristic city, animal habitat—or something no one has ever imagined before! We’ll begin by brainstorming and sketching ideas before bringing them to life using simple materials like cardboard, paper, markers, paint, and recycled materials. Along the way, students will experiment with color, shape, texture, layering, and 3D construction. I’ll guide students through the process while giving them plenty of freedom to make their own creative decisions. There is no one “right” way for the finished world to look—the goal is to turn an idea into something they can actually see, build, and be proud of. No advanced art skills are needed. Just bring your imagination!
