Cultivating Gratitude&Positive Self-Talk

Being grateful helps us zoom in on what is working for us, it influences our mood and changes our perspective. In this class, we'll go over the benefits of gratitude, looking at the connection between our thoughts and our feelings. We will also share what the voice inside our minds tends to say about us and talk about the importance of positive self-talk. Lastly, we'll make lists of what we're grateful for and choreograph some moves with affirmations that we'll create.
