Hello, I'm Maria- Integral Life Skills.

Hey! I’m Maria. I’ve been exploring holistic wellness practices for 19 years and in the last 5, I've written social-emotional learning (SEL) curriculum for 3 different centers in the U.S. I started diving into these topics out of necessity while facing an inflection point in high school, and picking up tools that I believe are integral life skills. Though the SEL work I’ve developed is kid-centered, most of my offerings are things I learned as an adult and don't have an age limit. Modeling the tools is the best way for kids to learn them! I’ve discovered that presence and authenticity are the ultimate Iife skills and my classes highlight embodiment, self-discovery, and self-expression. I'm fascinated by the magic of our human potential and consciousness. My intention with these classes is to give kids the tools that I believe are integral life skills, so they can understand themselves and navigate their human experience in a better-prepared and more constructive way.
