# Creative Writing Workshop & Feedback Have a story you want to tell? As a published author of both fiction and nonfiction, including *The Official Godzilla Compendium*, as well as a professional screenwriter, filmmaker, and educator, I help young writers develop their ideas into compelling stories and build confidence in their creative voice. Whether you're writing a short story, novel, fantasy adventure, horror tale, science fiction epic, or simply looking to become a stronger writer, this one-on-one session provides personalized guidance and feedback tailored to your goals. Students receive professional feedback on their writing, along with practical tools to strengthen storytelling, character development, dialogue, pacing, and structure. Sessions are designed to meet students where they are, whether they're just beginning to explore creative writing or already working on a larger project. Topics may include: • Developing story ideas and outlines • Character creation and development • Dialogue and voice • Worldbuilding • Plotting and structure • Revision and editing strategies • Overcoming writer's block • Feedback on completed or in-progress work Students are welcome to bring stories, novel excerpts, outlines, or simply an idea they'd like help developing. This experience is ideal for middle school and high school students who enjoy storytelling, reading, creative expression, and imaginative writing. Beginners are welcome, and sessions can be adapted for writers at any experience level. My goal is not to teach students to write like anyone else. Instead, I help them strengthen their skills, discover their unique voice, and develop the stories only they can tell.
