Learn to See Like a Photographer

This class helps young creators understand the why behind photography—not just how to take pictures. Instead of focusing on technical camera settings, students will learn how to see: how to notice light, recognize meaningful moments, and create photos that tell a story. Each session is interactive and hands-on. Students won’t just listen—they’ll actively create through simple guided challenges in their own environment. Whether using a phone or camera, the focus is on creativity, not complexity. Sessions may include a mix of: – Real-time demonstrations (sometimes from the field) – Reviewing and discussing real photographs – Short creative challenges for students to try on their own – Live feedback and guidance The goal is to help students build confidence, develop their creative eye, and begin to understand what makes a photograph unique and meaningful.
