Student Cancellations * If you need to cancel your child’s registration, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled class to receive a full credit toward a future class. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be credited, as planning and class spots have already been reserved. * If your child is unable to attend due to illness or an unexpected emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that life happens and will do my best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. Missed Classes * If a student does not attend class without prior notice, the class fee is forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued. Class Cancellations by the Instructor * If I need to cancel a class due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future class. * If technical issues on my end prevent the class from being completed, the class will be rescheduled or a credit​/​refund will be provided. Technology * Families are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a device that can access the online classroom. Refunds cannot be issued for technical issues on the student’s end. Thank you for understanding and helping create a positive, creative learning environment for all of our young artists.
