Hello, I'm Christina Marie Leonard.

Hi! I'm Christina Marie Leonard. I have been acting since I was nine years old at the Rose Theater Company and Omaha Community Playhouse (home to Marlon Brando and Henry Fonda) in Omaha Nebraska. I went on to get my B.A. in Theater Performance at the Johnny Carson School of Theater and Film at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I have now been working as an actress in film and theater in Los Angeles for over thirteen years. I have studied at Lesly Kahn, Ivanna Chubbuck, Anthony Meindl, Graham Shiels and Tess Kirsch Studios just to name a few. I have also studied improv at UCB, The Groundlings and Second City and have been performing standup comedy since 2013. I am very passionate about working with kids and young adults and helping blossom creativity! In class we will work on TV and film material as well as some theater pieces. Together we will break down TV and film sides, work on self-tape audition techniques and how to tackle long monologues, as well as developing strategies around auditions that help the performer to feel prepared enough that they can relax and just have fun.
