Hello, I'm Simone Banks.

Hello! My name is Simone Banks, a NJ resident and professional Fine Arts tutor at Bowie State University, of which I am an attending student! I am a fine & digital artist and illustrator specializing in expressive portraiture, digital and traditional illustration, and visual storytelling. My work explores identity, culture, and the emotional pulse of lived experience. I integrate many different mixed mediums with fine arts to create hybrid compositions that highlight depth, technique, and narrative. My passion lies in helping emerging artists build confidence and technical skill as they hone their creative skills, much like my art teachers did for me!
