As a Nevada DOE-licensed educator, founder of Jonesgirls Consulting LLC, a highly-reviewed reader on WeAudition, and an official adjudicator for the Nevada High School Musical Theater Awards at The Smith Center — the regional pipeline to the nationally recognized Jimmy Awards — she doesn't just teach performance. Soco transformed a high school performing arts theater program — building it to over 250 active students with curriculum designed intentionally for diverse and neurodivergent learners. She coached a student all the way to acceptance into one of Las Vegas's most competitive performing arts high schools.
