Hello, I'm Cassie Rumbough.

I have been teaching for over 9 years, with a specialty in teaching intermediate to advanced vocal music. As a performer in classical, musical theatre, and pop styles, I have won several awards for my performances in all three styles. Evidence based pedagogy and vocal health are most important in my studio, which is why I am up to date on recent vocal research. I teach with a student-first mindset; my students tell me what their goals are, and we work together to make it happen. I cultivate a supportive and comfortable environment, where building confidence is most important! I love being goofy and having fun, but I’m not afraid to challenge students when they need it. Outside of teaching and music, I love reading, movies, crafting, and spending time with my friends. After lessons, you can find me cozying up with my cat and a book.
