Hello, I'm Sarah Sanborn.

My art experience began by sketching Snoopy and his pals from the Sunday funnies in elementary school. In the beginning it was hard putting the ideas in my head onto paper, and over the last 30 + years it has become my way to make a living plus enjoyment. From murals, commission canvasses, faux finishes, hand painted lettering, furniture you name it I've probably done it. What I bring to the table is a deep respect and understanding for each person who comes to my class, everyone has something to teach all of us. It is important to allow each student to have an opinion about what we are doing, and this sparks their own creativity, individuality and confidence in what they are doing.
