Hello, I'm Rodrigo Paiva.
Rodrigo Paiva is a master of music, guitarist, music educator, and music producer. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor of Music Education from University Center Sant’Anna, graduating in 2011. After relocating to the United States, he pursued classical guitar performance at Shenandoah Conservatory, earning a Master of Music under Professor Julian Gray. He later began doctoral studies in Classical Guitar Performance at the same institution. In addition to his academic background, Rodrigo studied jazz at Frederick Community College and holds a California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Music. With over 30 years of performance experience, Rodrigo has appeared as a guitar soloist and ensemble musician in recitals, weddings, bands, orchestral and choir Christmas program and church settings. As an educator with more than 20 years of teaching experience, Rodrigo has worked with children, youth, and adults from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. He taught music in the Oxnard School District in California.
