Hello, I'm Alexandra Holt.
About Me I’m Alexandra Holt, a Life Strategist for Young Adults with over a decade of experience helping teens and young adults unlock confidence, clarity, and real-world skills. I’ve taught middle and high school English, designed curriculum for grades 6–12, and coached young adults through some of life’s biggest transitions: high school, college, and beyond. My work isn’t just about grades or essays—it’s about strategy. I help young adults build executive functioning skills, strengthen self-advocacy, manage time effectively (yes, even with ADHD brains), and step into their future with intention instead of default. What I Offer Academic tutoring in English/reading/writing (6th–12th grade + college prep) Scholarship and application essay coaching (live writing support, reviews, strategy) Time management and executive functioning skills training Confidence, communication, and personal growth mentoring My Approach I blend professional teaching experience with real-world leadership and mentorship. I’ve been where many of my students are—lost, stuck, or doubting themselves—and I know how to help them move forward. Sessions are engaging, practical, and designed to give young adults tools they can actually use, not just information that fades away after tutoring ends. Why Families Choose Me Parents often tell me their young adult has gone from resistant to engaged, from stuck to moving forward, and from overwhelmed to confident. My superpower? I see the bigger picture while breaking things down into simple, doable steps that work. Fun Fact Before teaching, I managed a retail store in a male-dominated industry by age 21 and later proved doubters wrong by thriving at a top university. That grit shows up in my teaching—I know how to help young adults push past fear and step into their potential.
