Bowen Lyam Lee has been on the stage of regional and national storytelling events​,​ conducts workshops for educators​,​ and performs virtually with national​,​ international​,​ and regional programs. She has won numerous national story slams and been a National Storytelling Network Grand Slam winner. Bowen has been a public school teacher for 35 years and has taught k-12 and adult education​,​ specializing in English language development​,​ science and environmental education.
