What We'll Explore 🔤 Letters & Letter Recognition Identify letters and connect them to familiar words and sounds. 👂 Beginning Sounds & Phonological Awareness Listen for sounds, identify beginning sounds, and play with language. 🎵 Rhyming Explore rhyming words through playful games and stories. 💬 Vocabulary & Language Build vocabulary through conversation, books, pictures, and imaginative play. 📖 Story Comprehension Talk about characters, settings, problems, solutions, and important events. 🔄 Sequencing Put story events in order and practice understanding beginning, middle, and end. 🎭 Storytelling & Retelling Use pictures, characters, props, and imagination to tell or retell a story. ✏️ Early Writing & Creative Response Draw, create, or respond to a story through pictures and emerging writing.
