Pause, stretch, breathe, and grow from the inside out! This FUN yoga and mindfulness class helps children build confidence, focus, flexibility, and emotional awareness through playful movement, breathing exercises, storytelling, art, and creative games. Each session combines mindful movement with opportunities for self-expression and connection, creating a supportive space where children can explore their bodies, minds, and imaginations. Students will practice yoga-inspired movement, calming breathwork, guided relaxation, creative arts, and social-emotional learning activities that support self-regulation, resilience, and well-being. Whether stretching like animals, creating artwork, or learning tools for managing big feelings, children leave feeling more centered, connected, and empowered. Suitable for ages 5–12. Activities are adapted to support different developmental levels and learning styles.
