Know Yourself: Emotional Awareness & Confidence for Teens
This is a safe and supportive 1:1 session where teens (ages 13–18) explore self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and confidence through creative and reflective activities. Are you a teen who wants to understand yourself better, feel more confident, or manage emotions in a healthier way? In this experience, you’ll explore your feelings, thoughts, and strengths through journaling, mindfulness, and open discussion. We’ll use creative tools like writing prompts, visual reflection, and simple exercises that help you recognize what makes you you — and how to navigate your inner world with more calm and confidence. Together, we’ll talk about things like: How to deal with stress and overthinking Why emotions matter and how to express them What makes you unique — and how to believe in yourself How to set healthy boundaries and say “no” without guilt This experience is perfect for teens who are thoughtful, curious, creative, or simply need a space to be heard.
